The hotel's location is fabulous, right across the road from the jetty with a perfect setting. The rooms were well below standard, requiring an upgrade for a better experience. The service was satisfactory with a few areas needing improvement. The dining options were acceptable, though some cleanliness issues were noticed. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights and drawbacks.
